Recruitment ProcessSwiss Post Solutions offers many different job opportunities and as such we have varying skill sets required for each role. Our recruitment process is handled centrally by trained recruitment professionals and the ultimate aim of our recruitment process is to give you the best opportunity to show you are the most suitable person for the job and to ensure we make the right choice based on an objective assessment of each individual's merits.
Applications for all positions within Swiss Post Solutions are submitted online through our dedicated recruitment portal. You will need to apply for a specific job. Your application will be submitted direct to the recruitment team. You will receive an automated response and you will also be able to track the progression of your application through the recruitment portal. Please note your application will only be seen by recruitment specialists and trained selection interviewers.
Your application will then be considered against all other applications for the specific job role, with careful appreciation of your skills and experience. A shortlist will be drawn up of all the potential candidates.
Shortlisted candidates will then have their competency to carry out the role assessed through a range of differing techniques such as a telephone and/or a face-to-face interview. For management roles, you can expect to have at least two interviews as we will want you to meet different people in Swiss Post Solutions. Please remember that this is also your opportunity to find out more about our organisation as we strive to make a fit that suits both parties.
A pre-condition of any subsequent job offer is the successful completion of our security vetting process; this process includes a background check and criminal record check. This ensures that new joiners have the highest standards of integrity before servicing our clients.
We endeavour to get back to each candidate that has applied for a job to let them know the outcome of their application. However, depending on the volume of applicants for a specific role, we may be unable to respond to applicants who have not reached the shortlist. Again, you are able to track the status of your application if you login to your personal profile page on our recruitment portal.

If there are no current positions that suit your skills set, our recruitment team will accept speculative applications for possible future vacancies. On submitting your application we will store your details and monitor future positions that could be suitable for you. We will then contact you direct if a vacancy becomes available.
If at any time you wish to remove a speculative approach please contact the recruitment team who will remove your details from our system.
