Swiss Post Solutions Limited (SPS) is pleased to announce a three year contract renewal with Radio Taxis Group Limited to provide multi-channel billing for its customers worth £120,000.

SPS has been working with Radio Taxis since July 2008, providing multi-channel billing encompassing e-Billing, print, and online document management services for the invoicing of Radio Taxi’s 10,000 customers and electronic distribution of payment statements to its 3,000 strong fleet of drivers.

As one of London’s largest providers of taxi services, Radio Taxis’ has a strong tradition of implementing innovative and customer focussed business practices. This continues to be embodied in their drive to offer customers a digital alternative to paper based billing and, in SPS, Radio Taxis has found a partner with the experience to manage and support this initiative.

"When we first started working with SPS, e-Billing was an opt-in scheme run in parallel to our paper-based billing activity. Now all new customers and drivers go straight to e-billing and e-statements. Over the last three years 40% of our customer base has migrated over to e-Billing," said Gordon Brown, Chief Operating Officer of Radio Taxis.

SPS driving the take-up of e-Billing has had positive commercial results for Radio Taxis.
