Dan Moscatiello – Chief Executive Officer, North America
As CEO, North America of Swiss Post Solutions, Dan Moscatiello is responsible for leading the organization into new markets and geographies while maintaining the strong relationship that exists with Swiss Post Solutions' extensive client base.
Prior to joining SPS, Dan was Managing Vice President of North American Business Development at Siemens IT Solutions and Services, where he was responsible for leading teams chartered to drive new revenue growth in IT Infrastructure, Consulting and Facilities Management Outsourcing. Earlier in his career with Siemens, Dan was Managing Vice President of Siemens Enterprise Accounts, serving many of Siemens largest clients across multiple Industries in the U.S.
Prior to Siemens, Dan was Vice President for the MetLife Branch at ENTEX Information Services, a privately owned Norwalk, CT based IT Services organization. In addition, Dan spent 8 years with ENTEX, in a series of progressively responsible sales, business development, and executive roles.
Throughout his career, he has constructed services agreements valued at over $2 billion in total contract value and managed relationships with a number of Fortune 50 companies.
Dan holds a degree in Marketing from Southern Connecticut State University.
John Chestnut – Vice President, Solutions and Services
John Chestnut is SPS’ Vice President of Solutions and Services, and plays a key role in the company’s design, implementation, and management of outsourcing solutions for prospects and clients alike.
John brings 30 years of relevant experience to SPS by holding leadership positions at iconic companies that build and deliver robust and complex solutions that solve critical issues for clients. He has held executive roles at multiple business process outsourcing companies including his most recent as CFO of the Open Solutions Division of FiServ. Prior to FiServ, John gained solutions expertise while at Atos IT Solutions & Services, Siemens, and Coopers Lybrand. He is adept at building programs such as infrastructure consulting projects and long-term IT outsourcing solutions.
John holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland; and a B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Baiju Coilparampil – Chief Financial Officer, North America
With over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting, Baiju Coilparampil supports Swiss Post Solutions as the Chief Financial Officer. Baiju’s experience in managing finance teams, budget planning, and forecasting is paramount in his contribution to achieving SPS’ operational and financial goals.
Baiju’s role focuses on analyzing industry trends, providing strategic recommendations, and managing business objectives by overseeing key financial strategies. As a member of SPS’ Executive Leadership Team, he is also responsible for creating and implementing short and long-term company plans.
Prior to joining Swiss Post Solutions, Baiju worked in global finance at General Electric for six years, where he managed the Intercompany Funding team as a Controller of GE Capital. He has also held several management roles with IBM, ADP, and Quebecor, gaining experience in the outsourcing and technology fields.
Baiju holds a BS in Accounting from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey – Newark.
Russ Cusick – Chief People Officer, North America
Russ Cusick has been in the outsourcing and staffing industry since 1998. As Chief People Officer, Russ oversees the company’s Human Resources and People Services, including employee training, development and recognition.
A true advocate for job applicants and employees alike, Russ has been recognized by the City University of New York and the New York City Placement Consortium as an Outstanding Employer in the New York area. He is a frequent speaker on diversity and the opportunities that exist in the employment of individuals who have real or perceived obstacles to overcome.
Holding a degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, Russ is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources with the Society for Human Resources, a Certified Outsourcing Specialist in Human Resources from the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, and as a Certified Staffing Professional with the American Staffing Association. Russ is honored to serve on the Board of Directors for Abilities, Inc. at the Viscardi Center, the Business Advisory Council for YAI and as Co-Chair of the Mentor Committee for the NYC Mayor’s Office for People with Disabilities.
Swiss Post Solutions, with Russ’s leadership, was awarded the 2008 Title 1 ADA award by Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
Dave Delventhal – Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Partnerships
As Vice President, Strategic Accounts and Partnerships, Dave Delventhal focuses on developing and managing solutions to strategic accounts and overseeing the company’s strategic partnerships.
Dave has over 25 years experience in Sales, Account Management, and Sales Leadership in the areas of Outsourcing, Technology, Document and Imaging Solutions.
Prior to joining Swiss Post, his professional experience has included several years as National Sales Director for Canon USA, where he led the sales team providing solutions to Canon USA's largest national accounts. He also spent time at a Northeast Document Management company where he built and managed the sales team providing ASP services in the areas of Document Workflow. Prior to that, Dave spent 20 years with Automatic Data Processing (ADP), where he held several roles, most notably as a Sales Leader in one of their subsidiaries, AG Consulting.
Dave holds a degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University.
Mike Mannix – Chief Sales Officer, North America
Mike has been with the organization since 1999, progressing from an operational management position to a member of the Executive Leadership Team. In his current role as CSO, he is responsible for business development and client solutions in North America.
Through his years of service, Mike has received numerous awards for excellence in leadership, including Employee of the Year, Area Manager of the Year, and President's Club, among others. Mike has also created and launched initiatives which focus on the development of our people and the delivering of outstanding service to our clients.
Holding a degree from Adelphi University in Garden City, NY, Mike has been in operations, client development, and sales for 20 years, and has helped win, launch and develop many of our top client operations. Mike's expertise has been recognized by SPS clients who have selected him to serve on teams and boards that have defined and driven their companies' best practice standards for operations and customer service globally.
Janet Tarzia – Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Janet is responsible for the creation and deployment of the strategic marketing plan working closely with the Sales and Operations teams. She leverages her expertise and new technologies to disseminate the SPS value proposition to the marketplace and to drive all demand generation efforts including targeted campaigns, promotions, and events. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a critical role in driving the business growth and expansion in North America.
Janet has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience. She began her career in sales with Xerox Business Services where she sold, managed sales teams and later launched outsourcing services programs in Latin America, Hong Kong and Canada driving significant market expansion which resulted in 10x growth in 5 years. She most recently spent nine years with Thomas Industrial Network where she led the creation and deployment of Thomas’s marketing strategy and lead generation efforts leveraging innovative new technologies and digital media solutions.
Janet holds a degree in Marketing from the University of Texas in Austin and has completed coursework at London Business School and at Darden School of Business in Finance and e-Commerce respectively.
Arthur C. Tatge – Chief Operating Officer, North America
Arthur is a senior level executive with nearly 30 years of business management experience. He joined the company in 2000 and is directly responsible for the company's operations in North America.
Art's introduction to outsourcing came in 1989 when he was hired by Chas P. Young Management Services as their first General Manager in New York responsible for all sales and operations in the greater New York metropolitan area. The company then changed its name to Ameriscribe and was acquired by Pitney Bowes Management Services in 1993. Art was named General Manager of the Year in 1993 and in 1994 and was promoted to Region Vice President in 1995. As RVP for Pitney Bowes, Art was directly responsible for 150 accounts, over 2000 employees and over $100 million in revenue. He oversaw the growth of the business from $25 million in 1989 to over $100 million in 1997, while maintaining the highest client retention rates in the country.
Art left Pitney Bowes and founded Uniscribe Professional Services in January of 1998. With financial backing from venture capital firms, he grew Uniscribe into an $87 million business in three years. Uniscribe became the largest national litigation support company in the United States providing imaging and coding capabilities to law firms and general counsel offices through operations in 19 cities.
Prior to entering the outsourcing industry, Art served for 11 years as the Chief Operating Officer of a privately held, diversified company, Stae Merchandising, Inc. Born in Evanston, Illinois, Art holds degrees from Miami (Ohio) University, Bachelor of Science (General Business) and from Drake University (JD, Law). He is a member of the American Bar Association.
