  • Challenge

    Our client, a Europe based tax free shopping network, provides an efficient tax refund service for travellers shopping abroad and is currently offered in 43 countries. The challenge for our client was how best to deliver an efficient service, which processed tax refund documents within very short turnaround times.

  • Solution

    To address this challenge the client has decided to centralise processing and to outsource large parts of global document processing to Swiss Post Solutions. Swiss Post Solutions now sorts receipts for tax refunds and other documents, takes care of data capture, document archiving and retrieval. We pair receipts with invoices, insert the invoices into envelopes and mail them physically or electronically.
