    The implemented SAP HCM, which met the requirements of all subsidiaries of the group, had little to do with "standard". This resulted in high complexity, costly  development and maintenance. The goal of the modernization was to achieve a higher standard proximity and comprehensive process consolidation as well as better transparency and maintainability, without unnecessarily burdening the employees of the respective departments and avoiding organizational changes as far as possible.
