    Each day this leading international supplier of branded goods processes purchase invoices from across thirty-two countries. With their objectives being to minimise cost and handling time, Swiss Post Solutions was chosen to deliver a standardised, digital workflow process for the handling of invoices.

  • Solution

    The Swiss Post Solutions project included the transitioning of invoice processing for thirty-two countries, responsibility for redesigning the entire workflow system and data and quality assurance.

    The new processes were implemented in stages and the process is constantly enhanced. The client subsequently extended the service to include the processing of incoming fax and e-mail orders, with an annual volume of approximately 100,000 documents.
