    For our client, a German pension institution, achieving high levels of customer care via the telephone is a pre-requisite, due to the advisory services they provide to their clients, which result in individual offers. The client choose to replace the existing supplier and outsource to Swiss Post Solutions due to our knowledge and approach to optimising service levels and reducing costs.

  • Solution

    Swiss Post Solutions now looks after document printing in the areas of daily post, regulated mailing activity and mailing campaigns. We handle the production of letters, including support for up to eight enclosures. As a result we manage 10 million shipments, of approximately 30 million sheets, every year.

    • Quality - through a formal continuous improvement process. In addition we provide quality-assured printing and comprehensible closed-loop processing.
    • Flexibility - flexible production capacity in order to accommodate fluctuating daily quantities. The client's shipment volumes range from 0 to 200,000 items per processing day.
    • Transparency - by providing shipment tracking (monitoring) and reporting.
    • Postage optimisation - via in-house letter consolidation.
