Swiss Post Solutions partners with Luminoso on AI-powered text analytics

Zurich – Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a leading provider of business process outsourcing and innovative document management services in both physical and digital worlds, announced its partnership with Luminoso, the company that turns unstructured text data into business critical insights. SPS is using Luminoso’s AI-powered text analytics to help enterprises intelligently automate the process of classifying their unstructured text data.

The partnership is initially focused on applying Luminoso’s AI-powered text analytics capabilities to written communications in SPS’s Central Document Input Processing Platform, which handles the input and output processing channels associated with the different workflows, processes, deliverables, and data formats for the company’s global customer communication client base. This integration empowers customers to optimize and automate critical business processes — such as classifying multilingual customer emails or documents for package shipment inquiries — which in turn enables businesses to offer better customer experiences.
