As part of the company’s annual survey of approximately 400 customers worldwide, SPS’s service received a score of 85 out of 100 points, remaining consistent with the previous year and depicting a very high level of overall satisfaction.

 
Swiss Post Solutions measures the satisfaction levels of its customers in a survey conducted by an independent research institute. The very high level of satisfaction depicted in the 2019 results confirms the success of Swiss Post Solutions in providing innovative, high-quality services with great relevance for existing and upcoming customer needs. The 2019 Net Promoter Score (NPS), which measures the willingness of customers to recommend SPS, reached “world class”-level, increasing from 68 to 78 points, which is largely above typical industry scores.
