SPS solution streamlines billing for Performance Health

UK, October 2017 - Swiss Post Solutions (SPS), a leading outsourcing provider for business process solutions and innovative services in document management, has been awarded a contract to provide Performance Health, one of the world's leading suppliers to the rehabilitation, recovery and sports markets, with a multi-channel Billing solution. 

Performance Health identified SPS as a partner who could help them modernize their back-office systems following a recent acquisition. The SPS solution enables Performance Health to streamline their billing process, whilst offering their very varied customer base, which ranges from the NHS to individual buyers, a wider range of digital channels and more ways to interact with the business on-line.
Because all billing documents are managed within the same platform, migration from paper to digital channels is managed seamlessly within the solution, reducing the administrative burden and making it easier for customers to choose digital, but the business will also benefit from cost savings on paper billing, due to SPS’ access to postal discounts.
SPS brings over 18 years’ experience in E-Billing, hybrid environments and managed migration to digital, along with on-going investment in billing technology, to bring continuous value to clients.
